| Ashley Petkis of Care Central VNA and Hospice has been selected as one of Becker Hospital Review’s 2026 Rising Star Under 40. This honor recognizes ‘some of the most dynamic, creative and forward thinking minds across the health care industry today’. Ashley serves as director of clinical practice for hospice and palliative care at Care Central VNA & hospice and Becker’s Review highlighted her work leading the organization’s Palliative Care Bridge Program which proactively identifies patients at high risk for hospitalization or functional decline. Under the program, the agency has seen a 50 percent reduction in rehospitalizations and a 30 percent increase in hospice census. Congratulations Ashley!!
